Book an update appointment online
You choose the date and time — we handle the confirmation automatically. Sessions are conducted by phone as standard, with Microsoft Teams available on request.
- As a SEAK maintenance customer, you receive a free annual update of your SEAK system.
- Each annual software update includes more than 50 new features and improvements, which we communicate to you at the start of each year by email.
- Our support team installs the software update remotely on your behalf.
Reminder: Booking Your Update Appointment
Update calls are held by phone by default. If you prefer to meet via Microsoft Teams instead, simply let us know in the "Additional Information" field when entering your details at the end of the booking form. Your appointment will be automatically sent to us and confirmed by the assigned team member.
